Good day Need bios for Lenovo Flex 5 14alc05. Unit did bios update but failed

Thanks Tried this update but still no display, Caps and FN lock led static on. any help on this

I get this error on Neo Programmer but rund normal on ASP programmer

i think the problem is not related to bios file .
it seems the problem is from programmer device.

also when device goes off while bios update, usually cause problem for other parts of the board too.
check the bios ic chip first.

Any other way to check if faulty as i can program it with no issues. Will it be best to then replace the BIOS IC
