i need the solution for fan problem . 820-2936. fan rotating at very high speed. noisy

ok. just now i have cleaned the fan with isopropenol and wd40. noise has reduced conciderably but still rotating at high speed. if the client still object than i will reprogram the bios. Thanks buddy
