Technical Support acer aspire es 14 hang up

Hello,

Anybody can tell whats the solution to fix this issue, sometimes it turn on and very slow , after a minute suddenly it will turn dark display, pls see attached pictures. When press power button it will turn off, tried to replace new ssd and new ram. Any suggestion i would appreciate thanks.

Separate the problem first.
Is there a problem with the output of hdmi or crt?
If there is a problem with other outputs such as crt, there is a problem on the motherboard that could be from the chipset.
By pressing on the chipsets by hand, if the image is correct, you can fix the problem with Resold the chipset.
Otherwise, the problem can be in flat cable and led.
