File Request apple imac a1418 820-00431 dump bios

hi, i have a problem. I have download dump on dr bios site for this imac A1418 820-00431. Now it work fine but if i try install Big sur it show me this image and i can not install anything. this image come to agency "teleperformance" and it say me it is locked. Can you help me? why show me this message? the dump bios is not good maybe? thanks very much
