Customer states :was doing bios update and it got stuck so he held down the power button no wthe machine no longer switches on need fixed

hello i used this file machine now turns on but bios is incorrect as we cant load graphics drivers , i see this bios is similar to this model but not the same so we are having incompatabilities , please assist
