Sir, black screen.

The problem is no post and I cannot enter Setup Bios. I have tried all the conventions clear cmos (power button+ F2, esc Del, F7...alt F2. es.del, F7).
The computer starts with windows 7 but I can't install windows 10 because I can't enter septup

I don't think it's a Bios problem. You have the same result with 2 different files.
Please check other components.
