yes!

unfortunately, the bios chip had to be replaced, the register was never read normaly

In the past 2 days, I have tried many bios. there are some with which only the logo appears, but I can't even get into the bios (del, F9/F12), some with which there is no picture, only background light, with them I can enter the bios and everything looks good, but it does not start, and some with which it is completely dark and continuous he is good-natured

if there is same problem with different files then the problem is not related to bios.
you need to check hardware.
