Please I need an assistance.. I have Asus X550L, it doesn't read external RAM, only onboard RAM is working. Have tried many RAM it didn't work out.

If onboard RAM is working, why do you want external RAM..? Am I missing something..?
I want to upgrade.. it's for sale.
