Please assist as ME file found is not not helping (attached file). Please see both bios and EC files read from my chips (original) as well, and assist as best as possible. I have delayed screen, no Dell logo just a blank lit screen.

This should be flashed into the 8MB bios chip? It's only 3.9MB tho.
