Technical Support bios ic, it's happening injection a voltage 5VAW and 3VAW

when i input bios ic, it's happening injection a voltage 5VAW and 3VAW.
and it's change new bios ic but it's still the same like this.
Laptop Model: Dell Inspiron 14-7000 Series 7437.
Please Technical Support some solution for repairing about that.
