I would like the .bin file from the most recent Lenovo C940 official BIOS update and also the .bin file from the test C940 update here:
so that I can compare the two .bin files and see what changes were made to the BIOS to enable the audio devices. Is that something that is possible or does Dr-bios only update BIOS that we send in? I noticed that there was already a C940 BIOS listed on the page.
I would like to mod my Lenovo C930 Phoenix BIOS to reveal advanced menu. I have my .bin file that I've dumped using a ch341a w/ test clips. I have been following the forum linked above to find out whether a C930 BIOS fix will be developed but I'm wondering if it's possible to reverse engineer one given the similarity of audio equipment between these two devices.
