Hello I’m having a charging problem with Q1VZC LA - 8941P Rev 1.0, its not charging and if the battery is down and I plug in the charger to on the system, the system will not turn on but when I remove the battery and plug the charger and turn on the syste, the system will turn on but when put back the battery, the system will shut down. I need help
