File does not contain Intel Engine firmware.

What does what do i do please mean?
check hardware
its AMD device and problem is not related to bios

The computer was working normally and a windows update came and the customer forced shutdown the device and it no longer displays images
this is cause issue for other parts of the board too.
please check it.
