File Request Clear ME Regioin Bios file

dear sir/madam i have a LA-910 motherboard. it power off every 30 seconds. I tried to clear MERegion but fail. can you please help me to solve the problem. old bios backup file and new file after Clear ME is attached file plz check.

problem is not resolved yet. same problem. what should i do next.
after removing the bios system run continuously so problem is in BIOS it is confirm.

Thanks for your support. But I think the problem is somewhere else. I tried your files and other working laptop bios but it turn off in exact 30 seconds.
