File Request Dell Bios unlock password with suffix 0001

I have dell latitude 7480 service tag: 6NT9QN2 with suffix 0001 has a bios password and we need to unlock it but unfortunately we don't have dump file because my technician used high temperature and damaged the bios chip(new blank bios chip with same model is available with us)
