Good afternoon sir, please i have chromebook 11 with account locked. when i tried to signed in with my email and password, i got error that: THIS ACCOUNT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE SERVICE. THe chrome was locked not to accept any other account. kindly help sir
