Laptop shutdown after 30 min. I can't update bios from system or flash tool in bios. Can You help clear me region?

Hi, thank You for bios but still shutdown after 30 min also I cant flash bios from OS. Just preparing bios upgrade restart system and start again without any error and without flashing. Any ideas how can i solve it?
