Technical Support Dell E6440 no bios on display, only on extended screen

Hello I just installed a new board and now the screen activates but no bios comes up. Pls see attached videos, I really need your help urgently as I have a client in need

in this case ,Most likely: The problem may be with the new board and its output image chipset. It can also be a flat image cable and LCD.

You have to test.
