hello. i flashed the attached bios from dr.bios bios page, the laptop turned on but it has a 30second delay to show dell logo. maybe it needs clear me? thank you

I had the same problem. I also flashed from dr-bios file. But 30 sec delay remained. This is the correct one. I modified with the help of Dr-Bios video tutorial about how to modify me region. Then I rebuild the bios using DR-BIOS.COM_Flash_Image_Tool_v11 and with required me file. Now super, it is working with no delay.
