Thank you for your response, after flashing the new bios file i received from you.. but still can't boot into uefi mode to install windows.

According to the official MrChromebox supported devices list, this model with board name SARIEN is only supported for RW_LEGACY, not UEFI Full ROM. In that table, the UEFI Full ROM column for this model is empty. This means there is no standard and reliable path to install Windows in UEFI mode on this device.

Your error is not due to BIOS. It is most likely that your device is not capable of installing Windows.
