Hello Sir,
Dell Latitude D620 Board:La-2791P Rev:1.0. Sometimes Laptop Turn ON and working Perfectly & Some times laptop not Turning On, power light comes with in 5 seconds powerlight OFF.
Before Power ON I check B+, 3VALW , 5 ALW is also there.
During Working condition I check all the voltages according to Schematic Everything is perfect & I reprogram the BIOS also, change the ram and Processor also. again am getting same problem So guide me what I can do next?

Hello
Check the motherboard carefully.
No signs of corrosion anywhere.
Such defects usually occur due to cold solder or water corrosion.
In many cases, cold soldering is related to chip pins.
