Hello.
After flashing a dump bios+ec file from dr-bios site (U52=BIOS, U53=EC), the laptop came on, everything is fine but i cannot update the bios from the dell support. when i run the bios exe file, in the current bios section it says "NO MANIFEST ON SYSTEM". when it tries to update it, it fails and boots to windows again, it does not update the bios. Any solution for this please? Thank you

this is the 2 files i flashed. Bios - Dell Latitude E6430 la-7781p la-7741p la-8831p la -7782p bios

so problem is not related to bios only

what do you mean? i have problem only at updating bios. everything else works great.

so don't update the bios !
if the bios has display and windows comes up it means bios is OK
no need to change

the initial problem was not that it would not turn on. we just wanted to update the bios because it is too old.

maybe its a problem form the board or hardware
