it is 2-2 ( 2 amber light followed by a pause and then 2 times blinking ) , Sir can you help confirming that the dell optiplex 3070 schematic diagram that I got from dr.bios is exactly desktop's schematic ? If I got schematic that might help me , the one i got from the website is not similar to the board ( it talks about 19v rail ) it is like laptop motherboard
