File Request dell optiplex 7010 bin file

I need the working dumb file for dell Optiplex 7010 its board number is LA0531 , the problem is as a plug the power the fan spinning with high speed the power led is green and no display , I tried with many bin file from your site none of them working still please any help

the files dell optiplex 7010 like ( clear me , bin file) that you sent me do not help . I have many board of the same problem , then I stopped reprogrammed the bios , because after I reprogram the issue will be changed ( 2,1 blinking or 2,7 blingking ) with no solution, but the first problem when the boards come to me was fan spinning with high speed and power button led is blue with no display on the monitor
