Dell Optiplex 780

I got the bin file for Dell Optiplex 780 its board number is E93839 GA0402 but after I reprogram the bios most of them( 80%) gives the flashing 2 3 4 green light with fixed amber light , all the voltages are ok and the processor is hot , what do you think the wrong guys ?

did you test with another files ???
did you test with clear me file ???
