Technical Support Dell Vostro 5568 TPM problem

Hello, I have a Dell Vostro 5568 that when updating the bios always says that it does not detect the TPM when booting, I have been able to go back from version 1.20 to version 1.15 but it gives an error if I want to go further back (the bios is blocked for downgrade) in the bios is enabled the correct option
In none of these versions does the option to activate TPM appear in the bios or everything I've seen in the forums, does anyone have a solution?

Dell OptiPlex and Latitudes have an option in BIOS to prevent rolling back. You may also want to check Dell's support page, usually the BIOS Readme File will state if a rollback to an earlier BIOS version is permitted. I can look it up if you provide the Service Tag Number. I looked up Vostro 5568 and Dell's site has no match.
