Technical Support Dell XPS 9570 no POST.

Hi, I have XPS the fan turns on and the CPU gets worm and it gives 3 white and 2 amber blinking, looks like a video chip failed. any thing I can do to make sure or fix?

Thanks, what next, I need to know if this is fixable. currently I am getting no code, it takes 30watt for 20 sec and shuts.

Thank you Hosein. I used the boardview_5.0_GR and other software and could not see the schematic downloaded from another thread. I get black screen. is it something wrong I am doing?

schematic is pdf file and you must open it with pdf reader .
if your means boardview file and if you download it from dr bios , at first you must extract it and open it with allegro_free_viewer_16-6.exe software .
