Good evening friends. I tried to flash the bios file I attached below but the laptop turns on after 30 seconds of pressing the button. Surely there is something that I have wrong. In other posts I read that there are "clear me" files, but I don't know exactly how they work and how to install them. Can someone help me? Thank you

I will try this file, but I would be interested to have answers to the questions I asked. for the next times how do I know which is the right file that I have to flash? what is the difference between normal files and "clear me"? Thank you
