Just on start caplock fast blink 3 times. No screen, no voltage on PL12, current consumption about 0.6A . I checked the CPU, RAM, BIOS.

cpu gfx voltage is latest voltage that maybe you have pic but voltage is 0v . so this information isnot importent .
is all other voltage ok ???? like always voltages and vlp and ....

All other voltages look ok. Is there a schematic for this platform available or any voltage rails? I will check it again.
