the laptop was not starting. only power on -off that was the condition. maybe the program was error. I cannot backup again. please give me new file if you have.

no, for my laptop BIOS chip size is 32 MB. (25q256)

Finally I was successful by the following bios. I downloaded it from gigabyte original website and extracted .exe file and then converted .rom to .bin file and was successful. And yes , you are right, BIOS file is 16MB. thanks
