Help me unlock my BIOS

Hi, I'm new here. Can anyone here help me unlock my BIOS. I can't use my pc because the OS installed is always crashing every time I start the pc. I want to clean install it but I forgot the admin password for BIOS. The service tag shows everytime I enter the wrong password.

S/N tag: 5W91H73-8FC8
