Technical Support Help with Acer TM P258-M ZRW

Dear friends,
I have troubles with laptop Acer Travelmate P258-M. With attached BIOS laptop starts with blank screen, all powers up and consumes about 0,45A and drops to 0,32A after few seconds. No image on HDMI or VGA as well. EC re-programmed too. Battery charging.
I tried ten other BIOSes at least, from this and other sites, but always get just 0,11A with no +VCCCORE and +VCCGT. So no other BIOS starts power for CPU, nomatter if UMA or DSC dump.

All main powers with original BIOS:

Do somebody has some idea, what sould I check?
