There is an Acer-P243 laptop in this video. Which even though 3VALW and 5VALW are present, does not turn ON.
We’ll start the troubleshooting process with ON/ OFF button, and you’ll see the process of checking volt on power micro switch and the rest of the steps in the video below and you’ll also get to see how to test the signal that’s sent to PCH from IO with digital and analog multimeters and an oscilloscope.
