Laptop Name: Acer Travelmate 6595
Problem: OFF
Primary Troubleshooting: No sign of water spillage, burning or manipulation.
Volt-check done: No voltage was present on any of the inductors. Only B+ is present. No component heats.
Ohm-check done: there was no short circuit.
Amperage by Power Supply: 10mA
