Hello,

I replaced a motherboard in a HP 450 G3 laptop but it when it boots up I get the following error

WARNING!! Machine is not in committed state!
System is booting in Manufacturing Program Mode.....

Is anyone able to help or provide advise?

I did try that but I receive the following error:

Maybe I dont have the correct AMTBrand tool? I used Rufus to create a FreeDOS bootable USB

Yes I am a repairman but never edit the bios file, simply use the file provided by manufacture.

yes you need get bios file from Bios chip , you can use programmer

I used a CH341a programmer and AsProgrammer to pull the bios file from the chip. Was it something I did wrong or is the BIOS incorrect?

manufacture: other
memory name: unknown
memory size: unknown
I tried both the old motherboard and the new one with the same result

When I tried AsProgrammer it took several tries before it detected the BIOS chip and then it finally did and that is when I saved the file, this file is what I sent.

I have tried again and attached a new file plus a screen capture of what it shows in the program.

I flashed it but now it doesn't post, caps lock flashes every 4-5 seconds for a bit then stops, after which the fan spins up. Black screen, wifi, power light, hard drive light and mute are on solid
