Anyone has original Bios dump Hp 640 G1 6050A2566302-MB-A02 I can't dump the defective bios chip.tia

When I turn on the laptop with the old bios chip doesn't power up when I replace it with a new one they power on and spinning fan but no display old bios chip cannot detect on my isp programmer.
