There are two bios chips.. The laptop is on bios password.
send bios backup
password is on 16MB file

There is delay in boot.. caps lock blinks 5 times before boot.

its other file which is tested working
It's working with a little delay.. can I update me region via HP website?

I just installed new OS the touchscreen stopped working.
i don't think this problem is related to bios
