Replace or remove RAM and peripherals.
Program BIOS and EC.

I have programmed the bios three times but it did t work sir

Did you check the other sections?
Did you check the board voltages?
If all the voltages are normal and the peripherals have been tested, there may be a problem with the chipsets.
