Have u tried to google it ?
Can u boot into BIOS or the operating system? or is this the first thing u see when power on?
What have u done on the laptop so far, in terms of troubleshooting? Is it a customer Laptop? if so, would they be ok erasing the HDD and bios? Many many questions we need to be able to help you.
try posting the history of the laptop every time u create a post. That will help us understand the issue better. The more information you can give the better we can help you.
