board does ram and cpu check but doesnt boot
i have 0401 version also gets to vga check status on the led lights but doesnt boot

but it didnt help me after i tried it
the pc was working when customer tried to update bios for newer CPU to install on the board ,,then it crashed to them in the middle of the update procedure , after that it wont turn on all the way to boot it stops on CPU or VGA check it depends which version i write in the IC
in this case you need to check other parts of the board first
the bios which sent to you is tested working
i will do that ,,already tried another cpu,ram and vga ,,,, could it be that the IC is bad ? it writes the file in and does the verify without error
