Technical Support Inspirion 5570, Windows10 display black after Intel UHD 620 driver install

Windows 10, fresh install (ms iso, dell os recovery iso), used drivers from dell website and from intel/windows update - the issue is the same - after installing Intel UHD Graphics 620 driver the laptop display goes black (sound of disconnected device) and it stays like that. When I plug monitor on HDMI it display windows desktop (cannot switch).

Did you test with another operating system like 7?
If the image after installing the driver is black with other operating systems, there is a problem with the internal graphics and the cpu should be rebuilt.
