File Request LA-N381P Bios & Ec Dell Latitude 5450

please send bios backup
The original BIOS chip was damaged because it was accidentally programmed at 3.3V, so I don’t have a valid backup.
I already bought new W25R512 chips and flashed several BIOS files from the internet, but those packages only include the main BIOS region and not the EC firmware.
Now the laptop only shows amber power LED with no fan spin or boot attempt.
I’m looking for a full BIOS + EC dump for Dell Latitude 5450 JDB41 LA-N381P Rev 1.0.
Any help or clean dump would be greatly appreciated.

like you said there is only bios file is available for this device
i also check different sources and there is no EC file !
maybe its not programmable
for make sure about that , having backup files are necessary
