Technical Summary

The Quanta LL5A is an Intel Calpella platform motherboard designed for Auburndale/Arrandale processors in an rPGA 989 socket, paired with the Ibex Peak-M Intel 5 Series Express Chipset FDI. Discrete graphics is handled by an Nvidia NV10P (M92-XT) GPU. System management is controlled by an ITE8502 EC/KBC in an IT8502E48 package, with a dedicated 2Mbyte flash for EC firmware. The BIOS/SPI flash is also 2Mbytes. Audio is provided by an IDT 92HD81B1B codec, with an alternate ALC269 codec listed. Memory architecture consists of dual-channel DDR3 800/1067 at 1.5V, supporting up to four modules via two SODIMM slots. Power regulation is handled by multiple ICs including the MAX17101 for 3V/5V rails, TPS5116REGR for DDR3, RT8204 for VTT and PCH core, MAX17082 for CPU core, OZ8116LN for 1.8V run, and MAX8792 for GPU core. Networking is provided by a Realtek RTL8111DL LAN controller, and a RTS5159 7-in
