what your means ? whats you problem when laptop is work correctly ??? record a video to we listen that sound .

kindly note the processor hissing sound intensity level is too low that cannot be picked by the microphone.

i dont know whats your problem when laptop work correctly and that sound is so low .
maybe that low sound comes from inside of chip or from pin of chip connection to motherboard .
you must replace or reball that chip , that do have many risk .
