Technical Support Lenovo T450 NM-A251 Touchscreen not working.

Please help me with Lenovo T450 touch not working issue. Touchscreen is not even showing in Human Interface Devices and there is no option in BIOS setup to enable or disable touchscreen. Please help.

What happened when the touch screen crashed?
Replaced operating system?
Did you program the BIOS and did it like this? Or the operating system is updated and the touch screen is down?

it stopped working after windows update; I even tried to uninstall updates, tried with clean installed windows 10; nothing helped.

Check if Windows is restored? Can you enter the BIOS settings with the F2 key? To update the BIOS again. If you do not get the answer, install the operating system via Flash Bootable and you must also install the external keyboard. In fact, you need two converters, USB 2 and USB 3.

I've tried updating the newest bios firmware officially from lenovo, installed a fresh operating system and also tried installing all the required drivers. But the issue is still same.
