Do NOT program the EC.

On ThinkPad T460p, the BIOS password is usually stored in the BIOS SPI flash, not in the EC.
In most cases, cleaning or patching the BIOS alone can remove the password.

Programming the EC is unnecessary and may cause problems.
@Vahab Hemmati pleae upload bios dump file.
