Does anyone have the BIOS .bin files clean and working ??

My PC stuck on beep mode without ram i flash it then i get power light flashes nonstop/ no startup

I restore old flash file then same problem stuck on power light flashes nonstop/ no startup

the pc was starting but with beep with ram or without it when i flash the bios it stop starting no fan spin just white power flashing
