Unlock Bios Password Lenovo Thinkpad L470s

When Lenovo Thinkpad L470s starts, it shows:

0271: Check date and time settings.
0183: Bad CRC of security settings in efi variable.
press F1 to enter setup.

When I press F1 to enter the BIOS it is locked with a password.
and the laptop does not boot to any media.

The MB is (DT471 NM-B081 Rev: 1.0 2016-11-02) and it has two bios ICs
U49: 25Q128FVSIG
u15: 25Q80JVSIG

I flashed the 128 bios IC and it powered on with no display

can you modify the BIOS files to fix the issue an break the password?
or help me with other way to do that.

"Instructions for use"

Remove all battery and CMOS battery

press F1 to enter setup: password 1234
wait 20sec or more.
Enter any ID to hardware Id.
Press 2x space bar when asked.
Turn off the computer.
and restore your original bios .

Enjoy.

If 2x 5beep, it's normal.
I didn't do checksum but it must light up anyway.
Wait minimum 30sec before screen logo light on. Must turn on/off several times by itself.

Thank you so much, I followed the steps and the password was broken, but it stuck on entering bios . . .
Then I re-flashed it with the normal bios file from dr.bios and it is ok now
