File Request Lenovo Thinkpad X270 20HM - Stuck on BIOS 1.31s

Hello,
I've got a x270 20HM and cannot update Bios.

I stuck on bios version 1.31s. Every attempt to update the BIOS failed with an OEM error.

Does anybody know how I can update to the latest Bios Version?
