I need to unlock bios supervisor password from a Lenovo X1 Tablet Gen 3
Motherboard
DXM3A NM-B271
Rev: 2.0

Can you give me all steps to do?

Instructions for use"

Remove all battery and CMOS battery

press F1 to enter setup: password 1234
wait 20sec or more.
Enter any ID to hardware Id.
Press 2x space bar when asked.
Turn off the computer.
and restore your original bios .

Enjoy.

If 2x 5beep, it's normal.
I didn't do checksum but it must light up anyway.
Wait minimum 30sec before screen logo light on. Must turn on/off several times by itself.

What I use to flash the bios?

No, Can I use the original software "repacked" with the bin modified?
Or something software, I dont'have a programmer

What I've discovered is that X1 tablet gen3 have an SMD chip Winbond 25Q128JVPQ that is quite difficult to program without de soldering it.
I think I'm not able to de solder it, any alternatives?

I don't know about any software that you can use it to program Bios.
The only method I know is using programmer for Bin files.
